Utah's suicide rate has risen 46.5% since 1999. 

This data is a disturbing reality and it has become a National problem.

 

It is our responsibility to teach young people how to properly care for themselves, how to care for their minds, their hearts, their thoughts and dreams and most of all to teach them to accept themselves despite what others might say, despite what others might make them feel like.

 

We have all felt pressure at different points in our lives, but people today have insurmountable stress triggers that are constantly present. It is important to develop skills that nurture our well being and make us focused in living the life that feels right for each of us.

 

Whether you're an athlete, a high school student, a new mom or a seasoned adult looking for a career change, there are behavioral exercises and guided tasks that we can each take to facilitate our transformation.
